Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange conditions for products sold via Trendyol marketplace

Lacinia products are sold through the Trendyol marketplace. Returns and exchanges are processed through Trendyol's infrastructure.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating any reason. Trendyol extends this statutory period to 30 days.

⚠ The right of withdrawal cannot be used for cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened, due to hygiene reasons (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15).

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
  • The product label must not be removed or altered.
  • Must be returned with the invoice or delivery note.
  • For cosmetic products, the packaging must remain unopened; the hygiene exception applies.

Return Process

    Go to the "My Orders" section on the Trendyol app or website.

    Select the product you wish to return and click "Create Return Request".

  3. 3

    Deliver the product to the nearest cargo branch using the shipping code provided.

  4. 4

    Once the product reaches the warehouse, it will be reviewed and a refund will be initiated for approved returns.

Refund Timelines

After a return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–10 business days depending on your payment method. Credit card refunds may vary by bank.
